Am I Really Built To Be Disciplined?
During the lockdown in 2020 when the world and all that is contained in it came to a halt and we began to learn the new normal, a normal which didn't seem possible at first.
I learned the art of self-discipline and here are a few things from my journey.

Consistent application of self-discipline is needed to make a plan, execute it, change it if the results are not as expected likewise when things are just
Consistency is something we learn while trying to build habits and I for sure know that it's not easy.
HOW CAN YOU BUILD DISCIPLINE?
- Understand that it is a full-time activity
- Don’t beat yourself if you miss a day or two
- Be accountable to at least one person
- For every disciplined effort, there is a multiple reward
- Stop waiting and start doing
Everything has a price and you have to choose one of either;
- the price of DISCIPLINE
- the price of REGRET
which would it be? For me, I've chosen 1
Self-Imposed Discipline will yield the results you seek in your daily growth process.
